What is to be considerd to be "undo"

Hi experts.

If talk about "undo" data, I think of undo tablespace only. As for example I've read in this forum "redo ist not undo!"

That's a little bit of technical speaking, I'm afraid.

Is flashback and redolog data to be considered as "undo", too - as it is used to "undo" changes?
