what is the "step by step" to change the name of a DB hostname on a Supercluster M8?

Hello,

I was reading document 2136797.1 which says that hostname on DB Domains and DB Zones can be changed but I could not find the commands to execute it. Is there a step by step for this? Where can I find it?
