What is the SMTP HOST of the Oracle server in the cloud ?

Hi,

Under APEX 23.5.1 I try to send emails with the built-in process Send a mail. The SMTP server of the instance is configured for a localhost. I would like to have the SMTP server adress of my cloud server which is the Alway free database and Free APEX.
