What is the .rpt file referred to in the troubleshooting section of the 11gr2 documentation?

Hi


I am looking through the FMW Forms Services Deployment Guide, section A.4.1 (Diagnosing Client crashes) of the 11gr2 documentation.

It is referring to a .rpt file but it's not clear to me where to look for it. It also says the root of the filename should be the name of the executable. What executable is that? Does that mean the browser, the form that was running, the forms runtime, what exactly?
