We are using Oracle Hyperion applications and we are on 11.1.2.3.700 release. We did not upgrade to 11.1.2.4 yet due to some other factors but we are planning for an upgrade and gathering information for the same.
The attached Oracle documents are saying premier support for any Oracle application is available for the next 5 years from its general availability date. Once the premier support ends, customer can take advantage of extended support for the next 3 years and after that sustaining support will apply for indefinite period.
These documents also have product tables where each product's general availability date (GA Date), Premier Support End date, Extended Support End date and Sustaining support end dates are mentioned along with the product version or release number. For Hyperion applications version 11.1.2.x, the table is showing almost 10 years duration for premier support and only one year for extended support which is not matching with the information which I mentioned in the first paragraph. But all these information I wrote here from this attached documents only.
I need a confirmation from Oracle whether the different level of support end dates which are mentioned in the tables inside these documents are correct and still applicable. Can I get such confirmation so that we can plan a date for upgrade our applications?
