What is the mutating error/ table/ trigger and difference?

Hi ,

It is really creating some confusion. Can you please update with simple example. So that these above mentioned cases can be understand.

Also explain types of triggers as well , few people say,

1)statement level row level and instead of.

some one says 2) Before, After & Instead of.

Your support/response help us to know more.
