What is the "Modena Touch" theme in SceneBuilder 2?

I can choose "Modena Touch" in SceneBuilder 2 using Preview | JavaFX Theme | Modena Touch.

When I preview a scene created using the "Modena Touch" theme it looks and acts just the same as the "Modena" theme.

(My test PC is just a basic keyboard/mouse driven Windows 7 machine without a touch screen).

How am I supposed to use the Modena Touch theme in SceneBuilder?

Do I need to do something special or use a touch capable OS and hardware?
