What is the maximum file size we can upload to apex_application_temp_files?

Product Build 18.1.0.00.45

Oracle Database 12c Standard Edition Release 12.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production

I would like to ask what would be the maximum file size we can upload to apex_application_temp_files using filebrowse?

I tried to upload a 512MB zipped file and it works
I also find an answer saying that it all depends on the Maximum Session Length in Seconds or Maximum Session Idle Time in Seconds; but I also want to confirm this
I already spent 1 hour trying to find any documentation but I failed (any documentation reference would be appeciated)
