What is the difference between page source and frame source

I am running a JSP page on the web browser, when I choose view page source, it shows the name of the page is viewer.jsp, when I am on the same page, and click the right button of the mouse, and choose the view frame source, the JSP page's name is upload.jsp. Can you tell me what is the difference between page source and frame source? How can I make the page source and frame source page work together. How to design the page and frame? What exactly frame does?
I got so confused, please help.
