what is the difference between odp.net and odac ? and multiple homes?

Hi guys,

1. what is the difference between odp.net and odac?
is there any documentation on the difference?

2. we have 8i, 9i, 10g on the PC. How are we doing to handle the multiple homes for the odp.net and odac install?
