What is the difference between OBIEE and OWB?

Guys,

Could anyone give us the difference between using OBIEE and OWB and in the same way difference between OBIEE and Oracle Discoverer? We need to work on one of the DWH project, where we need to use OWB for ETL development and Oracle Discoverer for Reports. Instead of using these tools seperately, can we use OBIEE?

If you can give some links to understand the pros and cons, it will give us more information.
