what is the DAC Process in windows called

Hi All,

I have installed DAC Server(10.1.3.4) on windows 2008. When i go to start > programs > DAC > start server i see a dos window that shows statements but it does not say the dac server has started anywhere.

When i look in the task manager i dont see any thing that specifies dac server. when i login to the console some times i see the server status icon as Orange.

I am confused :-( how should i confirm that the dac server is running on the server, what processes to look for etc

in older versions the process window would stay on but not it this release i guess or is it the server 2008 ?
