What is the best integration method/pattern when hybrid Cloud/On-Premise?

Today I have a environment on-premise running the Oracle Retail Integration Bus and I want to integrate custom/base data with the Warehouse Manager in Cloud ( LogFire ).

Should I use OIC to connect directly with the rib's Advanced Queue or should I create a new soap rib module in order to subscribe from the existing topic?
