What is the acceptable file format when importing an image with transparent background in Oracle Rep

I have a PNG file with transparent background but I could not import it in Report Build 11.1. Apparently PNG file is not an acceptable file format.

The question is - what file format is acceptable when importing an image with transparent background in oracle report?
