what is @$ORACLE_HOME ?

hi,
could you tell me what is @$ signifies ? because when i am trying to use
@$ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/profload.sql giving error

SP2-0310: unable to open file "$ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/profload.sql"

where as oracle directory is in f:\10gdatabase and my oracle_home is also set to this only and i have checked also but giving error..


please help...
