What is Oracle Cloud HCM business object Grade ladder in PeopleSoft

Hi,

We are working on PeopleSoft to Oracle Cloud HCM data migration. As part of data migration, we are working on GradeLadder business object mapping from PeopleSoft to Oracle cloud HCM. I believe in PeopleSoft, employee salary grades and steps will be worked through Salary admin plan. However in Oracle cloud HCM side, we have new business object called "GradeLadder", which will groups multiple grade and rates. Please correct my understanding.

Is there any direct mapping for Gradeladder in PeopleSoft?
