What is OFA?

Hello,

I apologize if this isn't the right forum to place my question.
I have this client that has OFA and would like to migrate to Hyperion.

But it's not very clear to me what is OFA.Is it Discoverer or something else?
Can still be downloaded from the Oracle site?

Please help with some links where I could read more ...
