what is "jvmarg value = "-Dorg.omg.CORBA.ORBInitialHost=${ORBhost}"

hi all techies:
I am trying to writer a ejb client app that calls ejb runing on sun app server p8.1.
I get source "jvmarg value = "-Dorg.omg.CORBA.ORBInitialHost=${ORBhost}"
I don't know how do I get that?
executing shell or modifying config file? on j2se client side or j2ee (ejb) server side?
