What is best way to syncronise pord,devp,test servers ???

Hi,

I have three box all running on win 2000 sever and the ora version is 9.0.1.I would like to ask that 'I want to syncronise my day's worth of data from production to development and test' in the evening. now the questin is whhat is the best way to do that and i don't want use standbt database..
