What instant client version can I use to make a thick connection with SQLcl 25.2.2?

Versions I'm trying with on Windows 11 x86-64

SQLcl: 25.2.2
Java: GraalVM 17.0.16+12.1
Instant Client: 23.9.0.25.07

Error:

c:\Temp\SQLcl_25.2.2.0_JDK_17\sqlcl\bin>sql -thick adam/************@'192.168.1.76:1521/demo'
