What happens when you import a AL32UTF8 character set db into a WE8MSWIN1252 db?

I'm sure this is a very basic question, but I can't seem to find the answer anywhere else. Would the current db with WE8MSWIN1252 character set be converted to AL32UTF8 after importing AL32UTF8 into it?
