What happens when all Standby Redologs are not archived

Hi ,

I have a question on standby redo log ..

DataGuard Configuration

Version : 11.1.0.6.0

Log Transport Service : - LGWR ASYNC

Standby Type :- Physical Standby

As per configuration of satndby redolog

We need to have an extra standby redolog on standby side to reduce the possibility of wait of parimary instance's LGWR process to allocate a new online redo log .

What will happen if all the standby redo log has not been archived fully and in the mean time primary is trying to allocate a new online redo log ?
