What files occupy the space?
548150Jun 1 2008 — edited Jun 2 2008I installed an Oracle10g database on the OEL5.0 system 2 day ago. After installation, I found 80% of the space was free. I have no any other applications on this system. But now the error messages is listed on the home page. Listed here under:
* 96% of user dump area is used.
* 96% of background dump area id used.
* 96% of core dump area id used.
I issue the follow command and find the follow area of the system are the most space wasting:
/etc
/lost+found
/sbin
What additional actions should I do?
