What does .trc file content mean?

under my bdump dir, system always generate .trc file which has content like
*** SERVICE NAME:() 2006-10-04 13:45:51.349

*** 2006-10-04 13:50:51.197
kcrrwkx: nothing to do (start)
what does it mean :
kcrrwkx: nothing to do (start)
kcrrwkx: nothing to do (end)
this is test 10.2.0.2 server on RHEL3, so very little activity. Is that massage about?
