what does IA stand for in Microsoft Windows IA (64-bit)

As subject, does anyone know ?
It is in the view v$transportable_platform
I just guess IA stands for intel architecture.
Does it mean Microsoft Windows IA (64-bit) is the windows 64 bit built on Intel CPU hadware?
