What does "GetEnv.sh" executed by Oracle

Hideo YanazakiJan 24 2024

Hello
I'm having a problem with "getEnv.sh" in Oracle19c on Linux.

The whitelisting security software we use when starting the ORACLE database
Execution of the following files will be blocked.

dbhome_1/.patch_storage/getEnv.sh

However, the getEnv.sh file was not my Linux system (*)
(*) Since it doesn't exist, I'm guessing that "someone" created it dynamically and deleted it after execution.

Therefore, if anyone knows about the following points, could you please provide the information?

(1) What is getEnv.sh? What does the shell do?
(2) What shell or function is creating the file?

I am sorry that my English is so bad.

Best regards,
Hideo Yanazaki
