What does an Oracle developer do (their job responsibility)

Currently I'm engaged in Oracle E-Business Suite project. I want to focus to be an Oracle developer.
1. If I want to make forms in E-Business Suite, What's the tool to use? OAS? Agile? Fusion? APEX? or Java? Or can I use Microsoft Visual Studio.Net 2008?
2. Let's say in the next project I don't use E-Business Suite, but making custom application from scratch using ASP.Net 2008 that uses Oracle as Database. Am I an Oracle Developer in this case, or not because the application building tools is not made by Oracle (to those who don't know, ASP.Net is manufactured by Microsoft)
3. What's OAS, Agile, Fusion, APEX? are they framework, concept, programming language or what? thanks
4. Is there any other tools to make forms other than Oracle forms Builder?
