What do you do for a Godaddy domain dns entry to point directly to an APEX (ver 20) application in O

My objective is to have my domain hosted at Godaddy point directly to an apex application running on Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP) version 20. But, ATP does not have an external DNS address to point to, and there is not the ability to redirect in ATP. For example: www.apex_app_Name.abc.com If at all possible I would like to avoid the need for an intervening server.
