What do I need to install for Oracle 9iDBA certification?

Hi

I studied Oracle 8i last year didn't think about certification until now, but 8i is no longer available. Now I want to install Oracle 9i on my computer so I can pratice and re-learn oracle and later do the Oracle 9i DBA certification. What to I need to install? Is Oracle 9i Personel Edition and Form and Report 6i enought?And how much time do I have before the 9i certification expire(like to 8i)?
