What do DBAs and developers typically use for PL/SQL source code version management?

What do DBAs and developers typically use for PL/SQL source code version management? Do they use SVN, Git, etc? If so, how or what level is it implemented at? I don't see any Oracle supplied DBMS packages would would accomplish this, well from what I can see from their names anyway.
