What could be best way to Migrate from Reports to Bi Publisher.

In new release notes I have gone through the notice of deprecating Oracle Reports in Oracle Forms and Reports 12.2.1.3.0 as the final release for Oracle reports.

I have some questions about BI Publisher.

1. Can we convert jsp files to extension supported in BI publisher (I am new for BI publisher)?

2. Will BI Publisher supports multi tenant Environment?

3. Do we need to install or configure OBIEE or Business intelligence as BI publisher is part of that. More over how about the licensing?

4. There could be ways to run BI Publisher report without showing complete URL to or any sensitive information from the server.

Please share anything tested or document you already followed for such migration.
