what Command failed:SCardTransmit(): 0x1f means?

Hi,

I made an applet that every time I try to run it, once it works and once it doesn�t. The error message I'm getting is:

jcshell: Error code: 1f (0x001F)
jcshell: Command failed: SCardTransmit(): 0x1f, PCSC failed with 0x1F: 0x1F (OK,--,(System))

I'm using a JCOP 30 card and the Omnikey CardMand 5121

Does someone know why it happens or how to solve it?
