What Client to install on IIS 8.5 web server?

We have a server that has classic ASP and some .NET application needs with Crystal Reports run-time for .NET(32bit).

Does the server need the ODAC installation or just a thin client or a regular client? I think it needs to be a 32bit install for the Crystal Reports, but just not sure if the app server needs the same install as a Visual Studio workstation.
