What are the differences between ELT Tool vs ETL Tool?

Hi Experts,

ELT did not have any server engine for loading data. It maintain LKM,IKM,CKM........ modules for loading. we are seeing & importing the modules

My doubt is,

ETL have ETL Engine server, for loading the data. In ETL tool, where is the etl server engine placed?. Can we see?. Please help.
