What are the capabilities of HTTP Pub-Sub Server given in SOA Suit.?

Hi. Can HTTP PubSub Server handle large number of events? is there any limitations on PubSub Server?

I had installed OSA 18.1.0 in linux. i couldn't find connection for HTTP PubSub server. is there any way to connect it?
