WHat are proper shutdown/startup procedures OEM Stack?

Greetings,

I have just installed OEM 12c Cloud Control. This is a new installation on two servers. The repository is on one and the Weblogic server, OMS and agent are on a seperate server. What I have been searching for and haven't really found is documentation on the correct procedures and order for stopping and starting the Web Tier, OMS and agent on the one server. Can someone point me at appropriate documentation please.
