what are benefits/advantage and Dis-advntages by creating user in container database

Hi,

What are advantages of creating local user(c##...) in lOracle 12c container database ?

and from 12c onwards creation of local user in Public data base is going to stop?

and What are special privileges that container database user is going to have over PDB user?

and what does it mean Deprecation of Non-CDB Architecture?
