WFMLRSVCApp.ear file not found.

Im trying to install oracle 11g in my laptop. While installing i get "WFMLRSVCApp.ear file not found error".
I googled and found out that both zip files for install should be unzipped at the same directory and then try from there. I did so and tried twice but still get the same issue.
How can i install without errors?
