WFLOAD problems

Hello,

When I modify in an existing workflow item a lookup type (for example delete one of lookup codes) or delete one of never used processes and then upload new version on a database using WFLOAD - I do not see any changes. WFLOAD doesn't delete any objects if they are deleted in a new version. Could you explain me why does it happen?
