weird toolbar problem

Dear community,

I've configured my Oracle SQL Developer toolbar to looks like this:

Unfortunately when I start third (or fourth, etc..) instance f SQL Developer, my lovely minimalistic toolbar turn into very long ugly line of icons (below just a small portion of it)

So when I have only one or two instances of SQL Developer, toolbar is ok, when I start another one it turns into mess.

I am using Version 4.0.2.15 Build 15.21

Please suggest.
