We have developed an application (almost 100% completed), not without a grea deal of sweat-generating problems. The one we are now facing, in addtion to the fact that applications we back up fail to work, once imported, is as follows.

(1). Our page 1 lists products. It has a search with 2 search fields. Product and Vendor. The page also has the following buttons: Go, Reset and Create.

(2). It has so far worked very fine. But yesterday, all of a sudden, it stopped worked. Each time you ran the report, it would either just display 3 records out of 55+ test records (these are products whose names start with "i", yet we have test products with names tht start with a!, or you just get a "no data found ORA error message.
(3). Moree disturbing, to try to trace the issue, we tested other apps in our workspace, all of them having the same P1. Intesrestingly, all but O HTML DB Sample app failed to work!

Has anyone else experienced this situation? Scott, Raj, et all, to what can it be attributed? Of course, we came up with a solution, but are concerned it might not be a solid one. For now, it is working.

Is this a chashng issue?
