Weighted Average

kindly let me know how to calculate weighted average.
For instance,
There are five records in a table and the metric column has valid values in four records and null value in one record.
Average = sum(value in record (1+2+3+4))/4.
Table values:
Col1 Col2 Col3 A2
A 1 4 2.5
B 2 2
C 4 4
D 3 3
E 4 2 3
A1 2.75 3
Kindly let me know how to calcluate A1 and A2.
