Webutil (webutil_file_transfer.DB_To_Client) is not working.

Hi All,

I have followed the configuring of the webutil doc and make sure every thing is correct. Some of the functionality is working fine but the down load from database functionality is not working. The command I am using is webutil_file_transfer.DB_To_Client. It is not throughing any error and it is not logging any error to log file, zero errors in java console. Any ones help is much appreciated.
