Websphere license

Hi,

I am upgrading from obiee 10g to 11g. Want to know if the annual licensing cost is the same or has it increased in 11g. Also is there a seperate cost for the Websphere license? What I have read is that OBIEE 11g only ships with a limited use WLS SE license and  WLS EE will need to be licensed for scale out. Is this correct? How can I put this question to oracle?
