Websphere heap memory problems - how to see the server log files

Hi,
I am running an application in Websphere appln server. But I get heap memory problems frequently. Inorder to troubleshoot this, I wanted to know how and where to see the following logs.
native_stdout.log
native_stderr.log

Can someone please help me out.
