Webservices, soap, wsdl

Hi. Following the tutorial i have made a webservice and i have connect using jsp. my problem is that i am trying to use another web service (i didn't do it).
it is http://www.webservicex.net/WS/WSDetails.aspx?WSID=51&CATID=4 but i am not able to use it. can i have some information??? cheers. Millan
