Webservice for downloading content from fusion applictions UCM

Hi,

Is there any webservice available in Fusion Applications UCM for downloading the content (file) to a specified directory on the file system. We would like to download the ESS job log and outputfiles and e-mail them to users based on business need. Any documenation or examples on this will be really helpful.

I have tried the GenericSoapPort service, but I am not really sure how can I download the files to specific path using this service and identifying the corresponding docid or title for ESS job log or output file.
