WebMail of iPlanet Messaging Server
We have some problems in using the HTTP (WebMail) services of the iMSv5.1. We have deployed some iPlanet application in 3 different servers that runs in Solaris 8 and E250. Here's the scenario, in MachineA, theirs the NDSv4.13, in MachineB, theirs the iMSv5.1, and in MachineB, theirs the iWSv.6.0. In MachineA, we have installed the NDS from the bundled of iMS which, it means it has also installed the iMS with the same version in MachineA.
Here's our problem, we're trying to test the Webmail using the host server of the MachineB which, we wanted to authenticate the user profile from the NDS in MachineA, but we cannot successfully login on that server eventhough we have already used the correct username and password that we have created on the NDS. But, when we used and open the iMS server in MachineA, upon accessing the webmail and using the username/password we have created, we have successfully login and used the webmail of the MachineA.
We just wanted to use the iMS in MachineB and be totally stopped the iMS services of MachineA.
What could we do to make it useful?
