Weblogic server keep starting and no any error log

Weblogic version : 12.2.1.4.0
JDK 1.8
manager server add in Weblogic console : WLS_TEST
problem : after deploy ear to WLS_TEST , the manage server keep starting .. and no any error log can see in AdminServer.log/WLS_TEST.log /WLS_TEST.out log , it just can't change to running status.
did anyone encounterd such issue? thanks in advance
