Weblogic Password Lost

Hii guys..
one of my colleague has lost his weblogic password, given in the jdeveloper when the application was deployed for the first time, resulted in the creation of IntegratedWebLogicServer..
Accidentally he has changed the password and now the application server is not working..
We have even tried reinstalling the weblogic server, but it didn't worked out..
Does anyone know how to fix this ..!!!
